4-6 apples (I love either golden deicious, honey crisp, or Granny Smith)
1 tbsp of coconut oil or butter, melted
2 tbsp maple syrup or brown sugar
Dust with cinnamon, nutmeg, a few squeezes of fresh lemon and a dash of salt
Bake at 350 for 45 mins & enjoy!
