So here is a Row I have fallen hard for. Back and shoulders are my fav things to do as they are my strongest areas. So needless to say I get excited when I find new exercises that I can really feel!
This is the Hex Bar Single Arm Row, I swear I feel it more than a Dumbbell One Arm Row but that could just be me! 😂
- I like to stand on the plates to allow for extra range of movement as I like to fully extend down before rowing up. - By positioning your torso more horizontal you involve a lot more of your overall back rather than just upper back.
